At Uber Tunes, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request support for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

To begin a request, please email support@ubertunes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the item

This helps us resolve things quickly.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

You do not need to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.


Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse

If you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to cancel it. After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
