Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 7–15 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • High-demand periods
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

UberTunes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with household members and neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier
  • Then contact us at support@ubertunes.com

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, UberTunes is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
